1. Delayed Services:

1.  The immigration process is subject to the rules and regulations established by consular authorities. It is imperative to note that these rules, regulations, and specific timeframes may undergo changes without prior notification from the respective consular offices.

2. Any delays encountered during the process will be communicated subsequent to their occurrence. Factors contributing to such delays may include system failures at a relevant authority, local public holidays, climate conditions, political disputes, and other similar circumstances. Amazon Attestation disclaims any responsibility for such delays.

3. Amazon Attestation shall promptly inform clients about any delays encountered during the immigration process, which will be recognized as non-working days.

4. Although every reasonable effort will be made to complete the process within the specified timeframe, clients are advised against exerting undue pressure on Amazon Attestation’s team before the expiration of the stipulated timeframe due to delays resulting from the aforementioned factors.

 

2. PRICING, TERMS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Pricing, Terms of Payment, and Refund Policy:

1. Payment Information: Payment for our services shall be made in the local currency equivalent to the standard conversion rate advised by the particular office at the time of transaction.

2. Payment Options: Amazon Attestation provides various payment methods including bank transfers, cheques, card machines, and cash. The pricing for our services may fluctuate based on the specific requirements of each client. It is imperative to understand that all pricing is subject to alteration.

3. Refund Policy: Refunds shall be issued solely in accordance with our refund policy. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted within the designated timeframe specified in our refund policy. Amazon Attestation reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds granted will be processed using the original method of payment. However, it is important to note that certain fees and charges may be non-refundable. Please refer to our refund policy for detailed information.

3. Changes in Fees and Processes:

In the event of any alterations in fees or processes pertaining to work permit applications, immigration fees, or other services associated with work permits, Amazon Attestation shall provide advance notification to the client, and  will proceed with the updated charges only after obtaining verbal or written (electronic/non-electronic) confirmation from the client. Any additional fees resulting from such changes shall be borne by the clients. Additionally, initiation of any visa process shall occur only upon receipt of full/agreed payment from the client.

1. Taxes: Any payments agreed upon are subject to applicable taxation or similar financial impositions. The client is responsible for remitting any additional sums imposed in this manner. For instance, many of our services are subject to value-added tax, which the client is obligated to remit to us.

2. Invoicing: Invoices are issued by Amazon Attestation. The client shall remit all invoiced amounts in accordance with these terms through electronic transfer of funds, card, or cash. The client is accountable for any outgoing bank transfer charges associated with the payments made herein.

3. Moment of Payment Fulfillment: All payment obligations of the client shall be considered fulfilled upon the crediting of due sums to Amazon Attestation.

4. Suspension and Termination for Non-Payment: If any amount owed by the client under these terms is overdue, Amazon Attestation shall issue a notification to the client via email or any other reasonable means of communication. Failure to remit fees promptly may result in the suspension of requested services until the owed amounts are paid in full, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to Amazon Attestation.

 

 4. Cancellation of order or rejection by the authority.

 In case the client cancels the order at any time during the ongoing process, Amazon Attestation shall have the right to charge the client, the costs incurred to the point of cancellation and a proportionate service charge. If the process has been completed at the time of cancellation, Amazon Attestation reserves the right to the payment of the full fee quoted.

1.  Additionally, it is important to understand that Amazon Attestation will not be held responsible for any Permits rejected during processing due to the Person's non-eligibility or the client’s failure to provide all requisite documents as required by the relevant authority, resulting in rejection. In such cases, Amazon Attestation reserves the right to payment for the costs incurred until the rejection is confirmed.

2. Likewise, in the event of any discovered falsification of provided documents, the aforementioned policy shall remain in effect; the client shall be subject to any legal consequences or penalties resulting from the submission of falsified documents.

3.  The client can cancel the service at any time. A service charge plus the charges for the processing completed (if applicable) will be charged in such case. The permit which is rejected by any department shall also have similar charges.

5. Refund Policy:

1. Upon commencement of processing subsequent to payment, in the event of rejection from the relevant department/Authority, Amazon Attestation’s service charges along with the costs accrued until the point of rejection or cancellation shall remain applicable and non-refundable. Any remaining funds from the payment shall be reimbursed using the original method (or by bank transfer) of payment within 45 working days.

2. Clients will be provided with two opportunities to reapply for immigration clearance in the event of initial failure. However, it is crucial to note that in the instance of three consecutive failures to qualify through the immigration clearance process, Amazon Attestation’s   liability for any refunds will be waived.

3. Additionally, if a client decides not to proceed with Amazon Attestation before the initiation of the process, the consultation fee shall remain non refundable.

4. Refund claims must be made within 45-90 days after the cancellation of the process. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. It is mandatory to comply with the required documents and any additional documentation as per Government rules. Failure to provide proper documents resulting in rejection from the government will render the processing amount and our service charges non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Easy Immigration Help strives to provide accurate and successful immigration assistance, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa or work permit application. Decisions on applications are ultimately made by the relevant governmental authorities, and we are not responsible for any decisions, delays, or rejections that may occur.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Easy Immigration Help reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services following any amendments indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amazon Attestation and Visa Services is registered. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
